Accounting and advisory, built around four service areas.
Most clients start with one area and grow into others. You are not obliged to take everything — but because it all sits with the same adviser, nothing has to be explained twice.
Online Accounting
Straightforward financial support without the need for endless office visits.
Financial Management
Stay on top of cash flow, costs, budgets and overall financial performance.
Management Reporting
Turn your numbers into useful insights about how your business is actually performing.
Business Advisory
Practical financial guidance when you're planning growth or making important business decisions.
Online Accounting
Straightforward financial support without the need for endless office visits. Your records live in cloud software, so both of us are always looking at the same, current numbers.
- ✓Bookkeeping and record-keeping — maintained in cloud software such as Xero or QuickBooks, with bank feeds reconciled regularly rather than in an annual panic.
- ✓Year-end accounts — statutory accounts prepared and filed with Companies House, with the numbers explained to you before anything is submitted.
- ✓Corporation tax returns — computations and CT600 filings prepared and submitted to HMRC, with deadlines tracked on your behalf.
- ✓VAT returns — reviewed and filed under Making Tax Digital, including guidance on schemes and registration thresholds.
- ✓Payroll and pensions — RTI submissions, payslips and auto-enrolment handled on a regular cycle.
- ✓Self assessment — personal tax returns for directors, partners and sole traders.
- ✓Company secretarial — confirmation statements and routine filings kept up to date.
Financial Management
Stay on top of cash flow, costs, budgets and overall financial performance. This is the ongoing discipline that stops small problems from becoming expensive ones.
- ✓Cash-flow forecasting — rolling forecasts so you can see what is coming before it arrives, not after.
- ✓Budgeting — annual budgets set with you, then tracked against actuals so variances are caught early.
- ✓Cost and margin review — where the money is going, which lines are improving, and which are quietly eroding.
- ✓Credit control support — aged debtor visibility and practical help chasing what you are owed.
- ✓Working capital planning — stock, debtors and creditors managed so cash is not trapped where it does no work.
- ✓Tax planning through the year — anticipating liabilities so the bill is never a surprise.
Management Reporting
Turn your numbers into useful insights about how your business is actually performing. Statutory accounts tell HMRC what happened. Management reporting tells you what to do next.
- ✓Monthly or quarterly management accounts — profit and loss, balance sheet and cash position, delivered on a predictable cycle.
- ✓KPI reporting — a short set of measures that genuinely reflect your business, rather than a generic template.
- ✓Live dashboards — key figures available whenever you want to look, not only when a report is issued.
- ✓Departmental and project reporting — performance broken down by the lines that matter to you.
- ✓Board and lender packs — reporting presented in a form investors, banks and boards expect.
- ✓A review conversation — we talk through what the report shows, because a PDF on its own rarely changes a decision.
Business Advisory
Practical financial guidance when you're planning growth or making important business decisions — the conversations that are worth having before you commit, not after.
- ✓Business planning — financial models and plans that stand up to scrutiny from a lender or an investor.
- ✓Growth and scenario modelling — what a new hire, site, product or price change does to your numbers.
- ✓Funding support — preparing the financial information behind a loan, grant or investment application.
- ✓Company structure — sole trader, partnership or limited company, and when a change makes sense.
- ✓Profit extraction — balancing salary, dividends and pension contributions sensibly.
- ✓Exit and succession — early planning for a sale or handover, where preparation makes the most difference.
Businesses that would rather not lose a day to their accountant.
We work with owner-managed businesses across the UK. If your records are already online — or you would like them to be — we are likely a good fit.
Limited companies
Owner-managed companies that need statutory compliance handled properly and reporting they can actually use between year-ends.
Sole traders & partnerships
Smaller businesses and professionals who want compliance dealt with quietly and a straight answer when a question comes up.
Growing & distributed teams
Businesses operating across several locations, or with no fixed office at all, where a remote adviser is an advantage rather than a compromise.
Questions we are asked before people sign up.
How much does it cost?
Fees depend on the size of your business, the volume of transactions and which services you need, so we quote after an initial conversation rather than publishing a headline figure that would not apply to you. Once agreed, fees are fixed and billed monthly, so there are no surprise invoices. We will always tell you before doing work that falls outside what was agreed.
Can you take over from my current accountant?
Yes, and it is a routine process. With your authority we write to your existing accountant for professional clearance and the handover of your records. You do not need to have an awkward conversation with them beyond confirming you are moving. Most transfers complete comfortably within a few weeks.
Which accounting software do you work with?
We work mainly with the established cloud platforms, including Xero, QuickBooks and Sage. If you already use one of these, we will work in it rather than forcing a migration. If you are starting from spreadsheets or paper records, we will recommend the option that suits your business and set it up for you.
Do we ever meet in person?
We are set up to work remotely, and the vast majority of our clients find video calls quicker and easier to arrange than travelling to an office. If an in-person meeting is genuinely the right way to handle something, it can be arranged.
What if I only need help with one thing?
That is perfectly normal. Plenty of clients begin with year-end accounts or a single piece of advisory work and add services later, if at all. We would rather do one thing well for you than sell a bundle you do not need.
Are you regulated?
RRH Advisory Limited is a company registered in England & Wales, company number 17283513. Details of our professional body membership, professional indemnity insurance and the scope of our engagement are set out in the letter of engagement you receive before any work begins, and in our Terms of Business.
Not sure which of these you need?
That is exactly what a first conversation is for. Tell us what is happening in the business and we will tell you honestly what would help — and what would not.
