An accountancy practice designed for businesses that already work online.
RRH Advisory Limited is an online-first practice based in Tring, Hertfordshire, working with owner-managed businesses across the United Kingdom.
Most businesses moved online. Accountancy was slow to follow.
Business owners run payroll from a phone, invoice from a laptop in an airport, and check their bank balance while waiting for a coffee. Then, once a year, they were expected to gather a box of paperwork and drive to an office to be told how last year went.
RRH Advisory was set up on the assumption that this is the wrong way round. If your records are already in the cloud, your accountant should be working in the same place, at the same time, from the same figures — not reconstructing history months later.
What that removes is delay. What it must not remove is contact. An online practice only works if clients can still reach a qualified person quickly, which is why access to your adviser is something we treat as part of the service rather than a courtesy.
Four principles we actually hold ourselves to.
Every practice claims to be proactive and approachable. These are the specific commitments we would be embarrassed to break.
Reachable
You get a named adviser and a direct line to them. Calls and emails are answered within the same working day, and someone who knows your file covers for them when they are away.
Clear
Advice in plain English, with the reasoning shown. If a decision carries a risk or a trade-off, we will say so rather than presenting it as simple.
Rigorous
Deadlines tracked, filings made on time, records reconciled through the year. Being informal about communication is not the same as being casual about compliance.
Transparent on fees
Fixed monthly fees agreed in advance. If a piece of work falls outside what we agreed, you hear about it before it is done, not on the invoice.
Careful with your data
Records held in reputable cloud platforms with access controls and encryption, and shared through secure channels rather than as email attachments.
Timely, not annual
Reporting on a regular cycle so decisions are made on current information. Numbers that arrive nine months late are history, not management information.
Small, qualified, and deliberately so.
RRH Advisory is a small practice by design. Clients deal with an adviser who knows their business rather than being routed through a general enquiries desk, and that is only possible if each adviser holds a manageable portfolio.
Because we are not carrying the cost of a client-facing office, that overhead goes into the things that affect your service instead: better software, more adviser time per client, and the capacity to answer the phone when it rings.
Where we are based
Our registered office is at 88 Miswell Lane, Tring, Hertfordshire, HP23 4EX. We work with clients throughout the United Kingdom, and because our work is delivered remotely, your location makes no practical difference to the level of service you receive.
Qualifications and regulation
RRH Advisory Limited is a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17283513. Full details of our professional body membership, professional indemnity insurance cover and the precise scope of the work we take on are set out in the engagement letter you receive before any work begins, alongside our Terms of Business.
How to start
An initial conversation is free and carries no obligation. It usually takes twenty to thirty minutes: you describe the business and what is prompting the enquiry, and we tell you what we would suggest and what it would cost. If we are not the right practice for you, we will say so.
“Our business runs online — but the decisions our clients bring us are personal, and often urgent. Being easy to actually get hold of is part of the service, not an afterthought.”
Have a conversation before you commit.
No forms to complete first, and no obligation at the end of it. Call us, or send a short note about the business and we will come back to you the same working day.
